The sector
Government & Public Sector in Saudi Arabia.
Government entities in the Kingdom are moving their services online under Vision 2030 and the Digital Government Authority's programmes. Every new digital service raises the same questions: who can access it, where the records are kept, and how it is secured. Paper files, separate systems in each department and manual approvals slow everything down.
We work with public bodies on the parts of that change that sit inside the building and behind the counter: document and workflow management, e-invoicing for entities that invoice, visitor and access control, attendance and CCTV. Systems can run on the entity's own servers where its data rules require it, with Arabic interfaces throughout.
What your systems need to handle
- Records that are never lostCorrespondence and case files are scanned, indexed and routed through approvals, with a trail of who did what and when.
- Security you can proveEvery entry to a building or restricted area is logged per person, and CCTV recordings are kept for the period your policy sets.
- Visitors who are expectedHosts invite visitors in advance; at the gate they are checked in with an ID and the host is told they have arrived.
- Arabic first, hosting under your controlInterfaces, documents and reports in Arabic, on your own servers or approved local hosting.
