Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, who helps us process it and the choices you have.

Last updated:

01Who we are

This website is operated by Prestige Saudi Company Ltd. (“Prestige”, “we”, “us”), a software solutions, implementation and system integration company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and part of the DLI IT Group.

Prestige is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. It applies to this website only, not to the systems we implement for clients, which are governed by the contract with each client.

02What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us and the minimum technical data needed to run the site.

  • Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address and message, plus your phone number, company and the solution you are interested in if you provide them.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Support assistant: the questions and messages you type into the chat assistant.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider.
  • Usage statistics: aggregated page views and page-speed measurements that do not identify you and do not use cookies.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include it in forms or in the chat assistant.

03How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare a demo or quotation, and follow up on it.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to.
  • To answer your questions through the support assistant.
  • To keep the website secure, fix faults and understand which pages are useful.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effect on you.

04Legal basis

We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations. We rely on your consent when you submit a form, subscribe to the newsletter or use the chat assistant; on our legitimate interest in running and securing the website; and on legal obligations where they apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already taken place.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the website, under agreements that require them to protect it:

  • Customer relationship management: enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are stored in our CRM system.
  • Email delivery: a transactional email service notifies our team of new enquiries.
  • Hosting and analytics: the website is hosted on a cloud platform that also provides cookieless usage statistics.
  • AI assistant: chat messages are processed by the language-model service that powers the assistant.
  • Group companies: we may pass an enquiry to another DLI IT Group company when it is better placed to help you.

We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it.

06Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of these service providers store or process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we take the steps the PDPL requires to protect it.

07How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

08Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your personal data is collected and used.
  • Access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
  • Ask us to destroy it when it is no longer needed.
  • Withdraw your consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

09Security

We use technical and organisational measures (including encrypted connections and restricted access) to protect personal data. No website can guarantee absolute security, so please share only what is necessary.

10Children

This is a business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
